Job Description
The Remote Creative Video Editor is responsible for translating the high-energy, fast-paced environment of live-stream commerce into high-performing digital assets. This role requires a self-motivated professional who can independently manage raw footage and produce content that aligns with the "Haul of Fame" brand.
What You'll Do
Post-Production: Edit and deliver high-quality 9:16 (Vertical) and 16:9 (Horizontal) video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
Asset Management: Independently manage and organize high volumes of raw footage from live-stream recordings via cloud-based storage (lGoogle Drive).
Trend Synthesis: Stay current with digital trends and audio-visual techniques to ensure content remains relevant to the streetwear community.
Sound Design & Graphics: Implement rhythmic editing, sound effects, and dynamic typography to maintain viewer retention in a digital-first environment.
Collaboration: Participate in remote creative briefings and provide iterative edits based on feedback from the leadership team.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of video editing experience with a portfolio demonstrating high-energy, "hype-driven" content (Streetwear, Gaming, or Action Sports preferred).
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Remote Workflow: Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and manage production schedules independently without in-person supervision.
- Cultural Fluency: A strong understanding of the streetwear market and the aesthetic expectations of the "Hypebeast" and "Resale" communities.
- Hardware: A professional-grade editing workstation capable of handling 4K footage and complex rendering
- Connectivity: High-speed internet sufficient for downloading large raw video files and uploading high-bitrate deliverables.
- Communication: Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Google Chat).
