Brand Manager (Design & Video)

Social Media Manager

Job Description

We're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence while supporting marketing and recruiting initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building engaged online communities, creating compelling content, and contributing to recruitment efforts. We're looking for someone who communicates confidently, works efficiently, and uses AI as a productivity tool—not as a replacement for strong communication and critical thinking.

Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various job boards, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date listings.
Candidate Screening: Regularly check and pull resumes of qualified candidates for review by Operations Managers.
Social Media Management: Monitor and manage all social media accounts, including posting content, responding to messages, and engaging with followers to enhance brand visibility.
Advertising Campaigns: Assist in running marketing ads through platforms such as Constant Contact, including email campaign creation and analysis.
Content Coordination: Help coordinate and schedule content creation for marketing materials, newsletters, and social media posts.
Analytics Tracking: Track and report the performance of job postings, social media engagement, and email campaigns.
Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the Marketing and Operations teams as needed.
