Job Description
Are you a strong communicator who understands AI and knows how to turn business challenges into practical process improvements?
The VA Group is looking for an AI Implementation Specialist (Client Systems Architect) to help clients successfully adopt and maximize AI-powered solutions through MAVIS.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their workflows, identify operational challenges, gather feedback, and translate business needs into effective AI solutions. You will serve as the bridge between the client, their processes, and our AI capabilities.
The ideal candidate does not need to be a developer. Instead, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, hands-on AI experience, and professional experience in training, operations, or process improvement.
You should be comfortable analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, explaining AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and helping clients implement better ways of working.
What You'll Do
Requirements
- Strong active listening, interpersonal, consultation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to establish trust, identify client needs, manage expectations, handle objections, and navigate challenging conversations professionally.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms.
- Understanding of basic prompt engineering, effective AI instruction, workflow automation, and AI integrations.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration tools is an advantage but not required.
- Professional experience in Training, Operations, Process Improvement, Operations Analysis, Client Success, or a related field.
- Experience as a Trainer, Operations professional, Process Improvement Analyst, or Client Success professional is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to assess business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
- Hands-on experience creating, improving, or documenting workflows—not only following existing processes.
- Comfortable working with workflows, SOPs, decision trees, and if-this-then-that logic.
- Ability to translate complex AI, technical, or operational concepts into simple, practical, and actionable explanations for nontechnical clients.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, accountability, and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to receive feedback professionally and convert it into actionable improvements.
- Ability to clearly communicate individual contributions, recommendations, and accomplishments.
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently and communicate availability proactively.
- Comfortable continuously learning new AI tools, technologies, systems, and automation platforms.
- No backend development or advanced programming experience is required.
- Proven experience mapping, documenting, and redesigning business processes or SOPs, including structuring conditional decision logic and measuring outcomes through defined success metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders. (neutral accent)
